Kyler James: Bio

I have led an unusual life, that’s for sure. As an actor, I studied with the late, great Stella Adler and played a number of small roles in major films and soaps. As a songwriter, I performed my nightclub act all over Manhattan, singing my chauffeuring songs at the piano. But I am best known for my work as a psychic counselor, having amazed many people in New York and London (including myself!) for over nineteen years. A graduate of New York University, my stories and columns have appeared in Next Magazine, Vice Magazine and Literary Vision Magazine. My novel, THE VOICES OF CHILDREN, was voted semifinalist in the 2008 Project: QueerLit contest. And an excerpt from my first novel currently appears in the new issue of Scroll of Thoth (Vol. 1, No. 2).
